There’s more to my work than video. A lot more. I write speeches, stories, memos, plans — you name it — with speed and effectiveness.
But, let’s face it — videos are fun and engaging.
So, here are a few selected samples that had notable success. They’ll tell you a little about how I connect with audiences, no matter what the form of communications.
To breakthrough with older teens and get their parents to consider our expertise, we developed a way to work with our Sports Marketing partners to make a compelling, differentiating point through digital display ads and in sports activations.
Had to add this Digital spot back to this page when it saw a new resurgence (thank you Reddit!) and ended up with more than 14 million views. It was targeted at getting parents to consider change, and surrounded by a number of other programmatic and online support efforts. The United States Surgeon General reached out because they want to use it. Here’s the digital story that went viral…
This was a Fundraising spot focusing on kids that have to stay in the hospital. It connected so well with donors that they not only gave to Children’s, some wrote in and wanted to give gifts to the little girl (who was an actress). To be fair, I based the concept on a real patient.

TV ads don’t directly drive consumer purchase in healthcare, but this spot was developed as part of an effort to create relevance for our brand in targeting teen girls in sports. It was one part of a social media/PR effort that grew inpatient volume with teens. It was part of an overall campaign we called “Just before impact,” a theme throughout the campaign that you see at the end.
